**Forms of payment available:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Chase QuickPay.

**Each item that you see for sale at 52RHODA is in stock and ready to ship to you.

**Each item is one of a kind.  There is no back stock on any item.  Once sold it is gone forever.

**Clay Art will ship via FedEX within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been processed. 

**Wall Art will ship by our Peace of Mind shipper and arrives at your destination within 12-14 days after payments are processed.

**Each item is carefully checked by a real person when it is ordered and before it is shipped.

**Gift wrapping is available for most Clay Art items.  Include a note in the “add a note to your order” box stating GIFT WRAP at the Art in Your Cart checkout page.  Include instructions for a note card too.  Wall Art cannot be gift wrapped.

**You may call, leave a message, and speak to a real person, request to speak to one of our Artists, or email us with any question about any item on this website.

**We ship from Boulder, Colorado to the contiguous United States only.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally is available upon request.

** All products for sale at 52RHODA have been curated carefully and selected in person by our Founder.  We guarantee the authenticity and exclusivity of each piece and we assure that each item was handmade by the artist as represented.

** Our experience with interior design, both residential and commercial is available to our customers.  We are happy to assist you with selecting the art that is correct for you, your home decor or your business.   We welcome you to call or email for a consultation - we want you to be confident with your choice.  

**We can also assist you with another selection of Wall Art that may not be featured currently at 52RHODA.  Our artist’s have a large inventory available.

**If your delivery address is within 60 miles of Denver, Colorado - ask us about our White Glove professional art handler program.  For a small fee we can deliver and install your Wall Art for you eliminating multiple holes in the wall and crooked art!

**This is the first edition of 52RHODA.  We are featuring local Colorado Artists.  There will be subsequent issues.  Future issues will feature Artists from New York and California.

RETURN POLICY

It has been with great effort by our Artists, Collaborators and Founder to bring 52RHODA to you.  Each artist has worked hard and long to create one of a kind, exclusive and original art objects.  We hope that our website visitors become owners of one or several of these handmade treasures.  We also hope that our customers understand that once the art product is purchased, returns are discouraging to us.  We ask that if you are considering a return, kindly make a special request via email to artist@52RHODA.com within 5 days of delivery of the item.   We want you to love your new art item and will do our best to accommodate you. Placement of an order is your acknowledgement of acceptance to our policy concerning returns, be sure to read it in full.  Please select carefully and understand that 52RHODA is a horse of a different color!  Thank you.

  WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A RETURN

  1.  Send an email within 5 business days of receiving your art to artist@52RHODA with RETURN REQUEST as the subject.

    2.  Explain in detail why you are requesting the return. Include a phone number where we can reach you.

    3.  We will get back to you either by email or will call you within 7 business days.

    4.  Do not send the art item back to us until we have reviewed your request and have issued a return authorization.

NOTE:  All 52RHODA products are one of a kind and therefore we cannot offer an exact exchange but we may be able to offer another item of like kind and price point. 

Due to the nature of custom art the option to request a refund or exchange is 5 business days from receipt of the product.  After 5 business days from receipt of the product, the option for a refund or exchange is null and void.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was sent to you. It must also be returned in the original packaging or similar.  The nature of the original art requires special attention to the packaging, handling and shipping for its safety.  If the item was shipped via FedEx it must be returned via FedEx and packaged in the original packaging materials.  If the item was shipped via the Peace of Mind shipper, it must be returned, crated and insured with the same carrier. 

Please do not send your purchase back without prior receipt of a return authorization.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If the return is approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, as promptly as possible and within a 30 days.  Shipping costs, tax and handling fees are not refundable.  There is a 38% restocking fee for Wall Art.  These will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We may be able to offer another art product that is of equal value as an exchange for a purchased and received product if that is acceptable to the customer and 52RHODA. However, this is an agreement between the customer and 52RHODA that is mutually agreed upon before any product changes hands. The customer is not authorized to send any product back without prior authorization by 52RHODA. The originally purchased item must be received and inspected by 52RHODA prior to the exchange merchandise being shipped.

Gifts
Gift returns must follow the same procedure as noted above see: WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A RETURN.  If the return is generated by the gift giver, a refund will be generated to the gift giver in the same manner as above.  If the gift recipient is generating the refund, a merchandise credit will be generated to the gift recipient in the same manner as above.

 Shipping a Return
The purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the outgoing shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
All returns must ship with tracking, insurance and signature required.
